Textured Dimensional Daisy Flower Fabric Painting

Description

A lovely sunny daisy painting that will not fail to bring some joy.  Supposedly an insignificant little weed but, for many of us, this humble flower carries wonderful nostalgic memories of creating daisy chains on a summer’s day picnic with our loved ones.

This painting was very time-consuming. The heart of the flower is worked in hundreds (if not thousands) of tiny knots of fabric which were glued into place one by one and then painted. The petals are formed from natural cotton fabric. The entire paintings is very tactile.

This painting is not framed but it’s not strictly necessary since the sides have been worked. This work is ready for hanging. You just need to find the perfect spot!
